What to do in the first 24 hours

  1. We look and take photos

We get up on the roof, check every slope, and photograph what the storm did.

  2. You get it in writing

We give you the photos and a written list of the damage, so you have what you need for your insurance claim.

  3. We fix it

When you're ready, we do the repair and clean up after ourselves.

Shingle, metal or tile

We put on all three. Here's how they differ.

Shingle roofs

Shingle fits most homes and most budgets. There are plenty of colors, so it's easy to match the houses on your street.

Typical lifespan in Florida
About 15 to 20 years. Thicker architectural shingles can last longer.
A grey ribbed metal roof rising to a peak against a cloudy sky

Metal roofs

Metal is a good fit if you plan to stay in your home a long time. It comes as flat standing-seam panels or ribbed sheets like these.

Typical lifespan in Florida
About 40 to 60 years for standing-seam panels, and about 20 to 30 years for panels with exposed screws.
A green tile-style roof with two small dormer windows

Tile roofs

Tile suits the Spanish and Mediterranean-style homes you see all over Tampa Bay. It's heavy, so we'll talk it through with you at the free inspection.

Typical lifespan in Florida
About 30 to 50 years for concrete tile, often longer for clay. The waterproof layer underneath usually needs replacing after 20 to 25 years.

These are typical ranges. Sun, heat, salt air and storms all wear a roof down, so yours may differ. We'll tell you what we see at the free inspection.

New roofs

Sample reviews

Sample review

A storm took a chunk of shingles off our roof on a Sunday. They had a tarp on it that night and came back Monday to walk me through the repair. No pressure, just straight answers.

Denise, Brandon

Sample review

They replaced our whole roof in two days and you'd never know they'd been here. They even went over the driveway with a magnet for nails before they left.

Mark, Clearwater

Sample review

After the hurricane I didn't know where to start with the insurance claim. They took photos, wrote everything down and explained it in plain English. That took a lot of stress off us.
